What is your Covid Guidelines?
Upon arrival we will be taking your temperatures. We ask that a mask be worn at all times, and to please be sure to come to your appointment alone. Anyone who is not getting a service will kindly be asked to wait outside
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask that you give a 24 hour notice. Canceling under 24 hours or being late to your appointment will result in a cancellation fee. Due to the nature of our booking we ask that you kindly respect our stylist/barber time
What is your late policy?
If you are going to be late we ask that you please call the shop to let us know. Because of our timing being late May result in our stylist/barber not being able to perform your service to its fullest. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late this may lead to a cancellation at which point you would be charged 50% of your service booked
Do I need to book a consultation?
A consultation will be done beginning of every hair service. All new color Services require a 30-minute consultation prior to your final appointment. If you are new to our shop or seeing a different stylist we require a consultation to assess the basic hair factors at which point we will discuss price point in time frame. We ask that you please bring a picture of your desired result
